Booking policies & FAQ
When should I arrive?
Please arrive 10–15 minutes before your appointment so we can complete a short consultation. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule or receive a shortened service, and the full service charge still applies.
What is your cancellation policy?
We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged 50% of the service cost, and no-shows are charged 100%. You can reschedule using the link in your confirmation email or by calling us.
Do you accept walk-ins?
Walk-ins are welcome when we have availability, but booking online is the best way to secure your preferred time.
How can I pay?
We accept cash, credit/debit cards and digital payments. Payment is due at the time of service. All prices are in CAD and may change without notice.
I have sensitive skin or allergies. What should I do?
Please tell us about any allergies, skin conditions, medications or pregnancy when you book (add it in the notes) or when you arrive. We use hypoallergenic products and can adjust the treatment for you.
Can I book for a group or a bridal party?
Yes! For bridal, group or event bookings please call us or email Anarkalimakeupsalon@gmail.com so we can reserve enough time and artists. You can also see our package menu.
